Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment: No fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A $75 late-cancellation fee may be charged.
  • No-shows: A $100 no-show fee may be charged.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a telehealth appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation/no-show.

Urgent Appointments

Because urgent appointments reserve dedicated same-day or next-day availability, urgent appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or missed without notice may be subject to the full $175 visit fee.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Late-cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the practice’s discretion for documented emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.

Refunds

Payments for completed visits are non-refundable. If a visit cannot be completed because the medical concern requires an in-person evaluation, the physician will discuss appropriate next steps with you.
